Pros:
I’m leaving and have a new apartment
Cons:
GASLIGHTED US ABOUT HAVING BEDBUGS FOR 6 MONTHS horrible management PLEASE do not rent here literally had to beg for fixes, even in that case they would drag things out for months on end AGAIN, entire building has bedbugs
Advice to owner:
i hope your tenants never pay rent
