Nice and quiet building with many convinience stores, shopping hangouts, restaurants and public transportation nearby.

Pros

good heat, always hot water, utilities included, property owners respond to any issue immediately and are always taking care of the building. The apartment is big, remodeled.

Cons

The L train is being worked on so sometimes delayed

Advice to the owners

Don't become commercialized, the mom and pop management works very well for this building, I liked the one on one connection with Phil & Janet.
