Okay experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decently built apartment building with decent appliances like the fridge, stovetop, and bathroom. Rooms are warm in the winter with a working heater.
Cons:
Management is distant and cold. Building is managed by a company based in Harlem which is very far from the apartment. Once they messed up our billing for rent and had the audacity to charge us a late fee for not paying for the difference after correcting their mistake. Once you announce you are leaving the apartment, they do not care to help you with anything. The washer/dryer in unit does not work, neither does the dishwasher.
