decent for the price and space

Pros:
lots of space in units
really responsive management
laundry in building
you can control your heat!
new appliances
Cons:
lobby is usually a little dirty/in need of a sweep
waterbug problem
really high con ed bills (high electric)
garbage management could be better
gym is filled with really old equipment
not a lot of natural light in right facing units

keep common spaces clean!
