Not Well Maintained

Pros:
The only good thing about this apartment is the water pressure in the shower
Cons:
The walls are paper thin and the aparment skews younger so be prepared to hear loud music. The trash maintenence ... there is none. There's always trash outside. On top of that, my roommates and I keep the apartment as clean as possible and yet we've seen roaches in our unit and several time times in hallway and we can't help but think it's a building fault. This apartment is overpriced for a not well maintained building.

Pros:
Great communication with property manager, everything is online, service requests are timely, spacious rooms
Cons:
Ceiling low, small bathroom, small and narrow kitchen and living room area.
Advice to owner:
Clean the basement hallway more
