Rat Infestation & More
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoyed having central A/C in the apartment, even if it didn’t equally distribute. The two bathrooms were nice.
Cons:
The rat infestation is terrible. It smells awful in the stairwell because you can smell the rats. Management sucks and won’t work with you on anything. We had a new problem every single week from the dishwasher flooding 3 times before it was actually fixed (their fix was to render it unusable) to scalding hot water. Don’t forget the broken windows that their fix lasted a week on, the bugs, the horrible plumbing, the gas leak when we first moved in, the fact that the apartment was cleaned before we moved in and we had to clean someone else’s cat hair, the leak in the roof/window that ruined our internet router and they wouldn’t replace. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was entirely too big for the shower and flooded the bathroom every time we tried to use it, but management said “it’s fine.” We had to replace the shower head ourselves to avoid a flood and mold.
