Not the worst, certainly not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only pro is it was a cheap place to live
Cons:
Barbershop downstairs plays extremely loud music, walls are paper thin, apartments are small, rats in the basement where you have to go to throw out trash, trash piles up in hall sometimes, hall never actually cleaned, old landlord who doesn’t give a crap about the property and had a cheap handyman that half asses repairs. And if you’re on the front side of the building, you get the pleasure of hearing the bus constantly honk due to a car blocking their ability to turn.
Advice to owner:
Actually take care of the building. Make the super actually do their job. It’s the least you can do.
