Pros:
Location and absolutely nothing else. 
Cons:
The landlord is a psycho! So rude and racist. I honestly don’t know how I survived living in this building For as long as I did. The landlord will call you at 3-4am and if you don’t answer will bang on your door like you there’s no tomorrow. Ive seen her take up garbage bags and put it in front of my neighbors door. Packages have been stolen and when you ask to see the cameras they’re conveniently not working. God forbid you do anything that is not up to her standards and suddenly they’re working again and she sends you a video. She’ll barge into your apartment like you don’t pay rent and demand you change up your things because she doesn’t like it. The apartment itself is falling apart. There are mice plural. Cockroaches and god knows what else. The toilets are always breaking. I’ve had my apartment flooded twice. The floors are coming off and she won’t replace them says it’s our problem. There’s mold in the bathroom not to mention the weird gargling noises the kitchen sink makes. There was a leak in the ceiling and when we called her she just yelled at us for interrupting her at work. We had to call 311 who proceeded to call the fire department. The lights don’t always work. there’s never any heat. Oh and you’re not allowed to have guests over if you do you have to pay extra for water. I’ve been harassed and threatened by this crazy lady and now during this pandemic she wants to raise the rent like who does that. So I’m out I can’t no more. I’m normally not the type to review anything good or bad but the world needs this cause she’s crazy and I couldn’t in good conscience leave without warning people
