Nice area and apartment, unhelpful super

Pros:
The appliances etc have all been working well, and there is a window in every room.
Cons:
The washer dryer combo is funky. The super barely responds to requests.
Advice to owner:
Check in with your super more often!

Great neighbors, solid water pressure, built in heat/ac, nice fixtures, amazing neighborhood
Cons:
Corridor like floorplan, terrible "gym," entire building occasionally smells like vomit from house parties
