nice building, helicopter landlord
Pros
Super thick walls, amazing location, everything works well and we only had pest problems once.
Cons
Landlord is very involved, would ask to come over to fix things we didn't need fixed, and would make a mess when doing so.

Neighborhood makes up for sh*t mangement
Pros
Beautiful spot steps away from the neighborhood's best cafes, bakeries, bookstores, and bars.
Cons
We dealt with mice, roaches, and other pests throughout the two years I lived here.
Advice to the owners
Be HONEST about the realities of the building with future tenants. It's a beautiful old building in a neighborhood that could use some cleaning up, but nevertheless our apartment was rife with pest issues. We often felt ignored and gaslit when these issues were brought up with management.
