Pros:
I like that there are only 2 apartments in the whole building, the location has variety of options for food, shops, ect. , M train is close by, L is as well but further walk, security camera when someone rings doorbell in apartment you can see who’s at the door. It’s a very nice renovated apartment, exposed brick apartment.
Cons:
This was actually a great place to stay. The roomates situation was just changing, inconsistent and ruined the experience there. Also, the price always seemed to to go up for rent
Advice to owner:
Get the curtains by the entrance cleaned from time to time as the accumulate dust dirt as well as the stairs and entry
