Great First Apartment after college

Pros:
Great and understanding landlord, small, quiet, spacious and affordable if splitting with roommates, decent location
Cons:
Had a few run-ins with pests, was a little scuffed up from previous tenants, really have to love surrounding neighborhood - very sleepy
Advice to owner:
Continue to make small, durable renovations that keep the integrity/charm of the building but that keeps it clean and safe.

Pros:
I live here now. The landlord Andy is such a gem! He is so responsive, thorough with fixing things, and genuinely cares about his property and tenants. My apartment is small and very modest, but well maintained. I can't recommend this landlord enough.
