Not bad for what you get
Former Tenant
Pros:
Communal backyard
Communal basement
Rooftop access
Cons:
No doorbells
Interior security door looks rough with an insecure door handle
Property manager doesn’t really take care of the important things but will do small minor things to make appearance
Advice to owner:
Put a little more effort into this place and you could probably raise the rent a little more.

Terrible building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near transportation and schools and delis
Cons:
The building is seconds away from being condemned. I lived here for over 14 years but the app wouldn't let me put that in. the building needs to be torn down or gutted at least and rebuilt. There hasn't been any thorough renovations since Lord knows when.
Advice to owner:
There's been three landlords and they're all slumlords. They refused to fix anything and when they did it was a half assed job with the cheapest repairs anyone could get. They were disrespectful and creepy talking to my 13 daughter at the time telling her to get a job because they were going to raise the rent, in which they couldn't. Their sons were disrespectful and rude.
