    Renovated Apartment
    Nice neighbors
    quiet neighborhood
    clean building
    Rent controlled
    Subway 2 blocks away
    Landlord lives in Poland
    Has live in supers
    Cons:
    Railroad style apartment
    Not enough heat
    Heat comes on only twice a day during winter none at night
    Advice to owner:
    We need more heat
