Horrible landlord and unkept apartments

Next to a hardware store
Good bus lines
Cons:
New Owner (2019) doesn’t keep good repairs in the apartments because he’s cheap and only complains about his mortgage despite being asked many times. 2L and 1R probably have the most recent renovations by the previous owner.
Rats and roaches galore!
Advice to owner:
Your mortgage is not our problem. Repair things when asked and don’t just get the cheapest fastest option. Quality repairs are worth it over time. Pay for monthly full building pest control. It’ll help everyone tremendously and won’t cost you that much.
