    Pros:
    Nice neighbors decent amount of space for price, super helpful if not always responsive
    Cons:
    poorly maintained generally, old appliances, occasional mouse issues, owner can be somewhat aggressive when he (rarely) shows up.
    Advice to owner:
    invest a minimum of maintenance
