Renters approve of the building's owners
Quiet and respectful neighbor downstairs, not easily bothered even with my two loud kids. We respect our spaces and the building is sturdy, warm in the winter, and the neighborhood is incredible.
Dated, needs some fresh paint and updates to entry way, but NOTHING terrible, just need to add a con and I guess that would be it.
Keep doing what you're doing. You're great!! Thank you
