No bugs! How unlikely is it that there is a building in NYC that doesn’t have roaches?! They allow pets and since the building is all one bedrooms there aren’t any noisy kids.
There is one hoarder on the 2nd floor that isn’t getting resolved and ever since the couple that used to manage the garbage moved out, the garbage alley has been untidy.
