The building started off great but went downhill
Former Tenant
Pros:
As long as it doesn’t require the managers to do anything, they’ll respond to you
Cons:
There used to be trash handling, but now trash builds up in the basement since construction started next-door. Pest have gotten in and Little nothing has been getting done and Maintenance does not respond to it. There has been a light that has been out for a month now, and despite Management coming to check on the building, supposedly the light is still out.
Advice to owner:
You only have four units in this building, I don’t understand why it’s hard to keep it clean.
