It was good enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
common areas are clean and kept up, units are quite spacious and neighbors are respectful
Cons:
i have no idea who is in charge of this building. Communication was messy
Advice to owner:
Who are you? maybe make sure that’s known

Not the Worst!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean common areas and all amenities work well/are pretty new
Cons:
never really knew who was in charge, some response to maintenance was fast some was unheard of
Advice to owner:
Let people who live there know who to communicate with!

Good for Young People
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty quiet building that is generally well taken care of & offers good amenities as well as a great location on the border of Ridgewood & Bushwick. Close to many grocery stores & the L & M trains.
Cons:
Small units, appliances could use updating, very small closets/storage space in general, occasional issues with mice & roaches. Amenities such as gym & game room need new equipment/working equipment.
Advice to owner:
Have more regular exterminator visits & update things before they become an issue

Great Building Overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable when splitting with roommates; amazing super - truly the best super I've ever had; pretty clean; bike room + gym, reasonably sized apts, roof access, central location; didn't deal with any pests
Cons:
In the beginning, I had some issues with very loud neighbors (they got evicted though! there was more to it than just loud noises...); laundry room sucks and is expensive
Advice to owner:
They need to treat their super better because he does so much work. All the tenants really appreciate him.

Modern and Comfortable
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked the architecture, modern appliances and bathroom, as well as that there was laundry in the building. There is also a nice courtyard area outside for the apartment tenants.
Cons:
I did not love the area or feel completely safe as I witnessed a man after he had been assaulted near the subway.

Great place for young people
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities, rooftop, gym, and super
Cons:
Rooms aren’t too large, packages get stolen all the time
Advice to owner:
Keep the super happy
Very convenient
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super market down the block, train station 2 blocks away, park 2 blocks away, very up coming neighborhood, laundromat in the building but also down the block, fitness gym in the building, play room and bicycle storage in the building, rooftop access, key fab, yard, security cameras everywhere, super live in the building, restaurants and bars walking distance. Building Wi-Fi
Cons:
Gym equipment was worn out, Laundromat didn’t properly wash my clothes, building Wi-Fi wasn’t working sometimes, by the time I was moving out they did a lot renovations to the entire building!
Advice to owner:
Yearly renovations is a plus! If you want people to stay.

Lived here for two years and could stay for two more!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super helpful live-in super, affordable pricing for the area and amenities, a beautiful rooftop view, courtyard, game room & gym. Not to mention the location is central to amazing bars, restaurants, and accessible trains.
Cons:
The apartment needs repairs pretty often - I.e. leaky ceiling, door locks not working, etc.
Advice to owner:
We love this building! Keep it up.
