You can do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train and stores.
Cons:
Pests: including waterbugs, mice and bed bugs. During the pandemic we had roof access and then it was gone because someone “ruined it”
Advice to owner:
Survey the property frequently. Don’t sleep on pest control. Stop telling people they will be the first to live there.
