Patoma Management is awful!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
-shared living space basement and rooftop (but tenants don't clean up after themselves and it is gross a lot of the time) -super is nice
Cons:
-Small apt -Management is unresponsive and not reliable -Would work on building without alerting tenants - was taking a shower the water turned off and then brown, to then find out that they were working on the hot water tank bc we had to ask -water would run brown and the water would NOT get hot -entered the apartment without consent -appliances went out (refrigerator), took over a month to fix, and no compensation -charged for normal wear and tear - we left the apt in better condition than we received it -management is rude and unresponsive
Advice to owner:
be responsive and communicate with your tenants.
stop scamming people
