Not bad at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good price. Washer & dryer downstairs. Thermostats/ Central Air. Big windows. Very clean building.
Cons:
Tricky landlord, he didn’t want to give us our security deposit when we moved out because of something our roommates did. He tried to say we were all responsible for another mans actions. We threatened to take him to court and he had no problem giving us our security deposit then.
