Loved Living Here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved this experience!!! The kitchen is great, appliances are awesome. I love the living space, and all the light in the entire apartment. The roof access is awesome, and the sizes of the bedrooms are great. I had a queen size bed, dresser, small bookshelf, desk, and trunk in my room. All bedrooms also have good sized closets, and two of them have double door closets which rock. Theres also a closet in the entryway which was amazing. The light in the apartment is lovely, and its a really cozy place. There are also AC/Heating units in every room. Overall pretty great apartment. There were regular pest-control sprayings too. The neighbors in the building are really lovely!!!
Cons:
We had it as a 3 bedroom, and used the dining room as a living room. The actual living room is really big and lovely, but the dining room as the living room was a bit more cramped. It would be way too expensive if you were renting it as a 2 bedroom though. The owners raised the rent by a lot, and we were able to talk them down some, but I really do think they are over-pricing it. The management was difficult to get a hold of in the beginning. They got better, but they weren't super reliable. The neighbors next to our building are pretty loud and would yell a lot. The stairwell of the building is run down.
Advice to owner:
Get better with responding to people, and don't charge so much for rent!!!!!!

Look elsewhere if you can't afford dramatic rent increases every year
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Wonderful location
- Amazing neighbors and neighborhood with a lovely community vibe
- Corner units with lots of windows
Cons:
We have always been perfect tenants who maintain the apartment and pay our rent on time. However, we could no longer live in a place that raises our rent $400 every year and will not give us options to sign a lease longer than 1 year.

These are not humane landlords. They own over 70 buildings and treat people like currency, not humans.
Advice to owner:
Don't be an asshole and treat people like human beings
