Horrible Management Company

Pros:
Closeness to transportation
Cons:
- Garbage is always overflowing - Flies constantly get in through the drains and vents no matter how much you clean - Mold - Management company is unorganized, irresponsible, condescending, and rude. - cheap walls, noise from neighbors is unavoidable
There was a pest problem, not sure if it was building or neighbors issue

It’s not worth it, great neighborhood tho

Pros:
Great neighborhood, full of food, activities, subway and buses. The building is pretty new and there’s washer/dryer in the building. Code system and it feels safe even at night.
Cons:
Horrible management, rude and not professional. They do not know what they’re talking about and they’re sketchy for many things. The garbage the past year has been awful both because of some neighbors and the management handling it. The electricity bill increased suddenly for months even tho we did not change the way we were living, months later we finally found out we were paying for hot water when we never did before, it was so fucked up.
