Good neighbourhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Shops and restaurants around the area are great. M train takes you straight into the city.
Cons:
Pretty old building, needs repairs continually. Some units are better renovated than others.

If I could give it a 0 I would
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
The landlord is a total chauvinist. He belittles women and can only talk straight with men. Persistent Roach problem through the whole building. Landlord comes by once a month to knock on door and collect rent directly. Expensive for the size.
Advice to owner:
Have a professional manage your buildings. You cannot treat men and women equally and respectfully. We’re not children. We’re adult tenants.

Great building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are so many friendly neighbors in this updated 16 unit building. Owner is extremely responsive and stops by monthly to check in, super lives next door. Nice hard wood floors!
