I love living here!

Pros:
I like that the building is all 1 bedroom apartments so its just working single professionals, Ethan the manager is great! Ive been living here since may 2022 and cant complain. Cleaners come and clean the building weekly and manage the trash. So far ive had only a small water leak and it was fixed right away.
Cons:
Wish there was roof access, and maybe bike storage in basement or first floor.
Advice to owner:
Id be willing to pay a little extra for bike storage or storage in general in basement or first floor
