Run down property
Former Tenant
Pros:
- close to train
-close to fresh pond rd
-cat friendly
Cons:
- messy, landlord completely absent from premises. -garbage unmanaged -landlord is unresponsive -dog constantly barking - landlord lied to put apartment back on the market for a higher price, this may happen to you as Ridgewood grows in popularity.
- locks! I had to basically beg to get them to install basic locks on the front door and they would without notice change the locks and not get me the keys to the building.
- pests, rats and cockroaches.
- leaks, huge water issues in the kitchen and mold issues in the bathroom.
-electrical will short out if you use too much power in the kitchen.
-windows are all broken, huge security threat
