If you like the smell of dog pee and cigarettes
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location of the apartment is good for transportation into the city with the m train 10 min away (walking) and plenty of shops in the area.
Cons:
The building is not kept the halls stink, you can hear mice through the walls. If it’s raining be prepared to deal with leaking. If your upstairs neighbor has any type of water leaking prepare to have leaking in your apartment to. The building is old and it shows! The landlord takes no ownership or accountability for anything if you have a complaint his favorite words to say are “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO”. Very frustrating for a tenant.
