Landlord is a nightmare.

Pros:
Two family. Neighbors are nice. Nice neighborhood
Cons:
1. I had a roach infestation my entire lease and when I asked to get it resolved landlord told me “ he doesn’t have money to be calling an exterminator every month” 2. He literally screamed at me for getting in contact with his daughter since he was unresponsive to issues 3. I had freezing water that he didn’t want to fix 4. He didn’t want to replace the oven in the other tenants apartment. It wasn’t working and she was pregnant. 5. Everything is falling apart. They don’t want to fix or spend money on anything. 6. He makes tenants pay electric bill through his name and doesn’t show the actual bill. Just gives a price. 7. Wires are hanging everywhere stuffed in the boiler room. 8. Blamed my cat for roach issue (?!?!!!) 9. Ceiling was caving in and when I asked about it he said “do u wanna live here or not?” Then put screws in the ceiling…..
Advice to owner:
I’m disappointed since we got along so well in the past. Idk what happened along the way but it was a nightmare of an experience
