Don’t rush take your time looking for a place!!!

Pros:
It’s a bit more spacious compared to other places/ no alternative parking rules / people are much nicer than other places
Cons:
Barely any parking / Landlord fix when he want/ you can talk about the issue and his reply is I never had that issue before and doesn’t investigate, there is no sealing to either keep the hot air out or the cold air from coming in...... When neighbors laugh or play their music you can clearly hear it thru the walls.... Lastly if you are going to live in this area they are a lil out dated check for insulation issues and or future issues and check the hot water... You take out your own garbage and every one else’s there is no taking turns on who takes out the garbage the bins can be filled and it’s there waiting for you to take it out tired only a few steps from entering the house, heavy garbage pale recycling bin and your stuff isn’t out yet....
Advice to owner:
If there’s a problem with the property and you have a tenant that is telling you of the issue in your property and you take your time to fix it, then it wouldn’t be a problem for the tenant to fix the issue and give you the difference out the rental agreement....
