WORST PROPERTY EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing good can be said about this place. Out of the six apartments only one was rented and one used by the owner. Stay away from it.
Cons:
Infested with roaches
Uneven floor
Old
Dangerous neighborhood
Landlord keep the deposit at all cost
Windows in the first floor don’t have the rails
Heat system is terrible, is extremely hot
Almost useless appliances
Landlord cut corners so sink leaks,
the walls are painted in different colors,
the doors have so many coats of paint that you can’t close the door
Water bugs come from baseman
Backyard is unattended
Varios animals located in the unattended backyard
Advice to owner:
Maintain better the property
Take control of the pest
Don’t rent the apartamentos if you don’t have them leveled
Use better contracting companies
Don’t use cheap material
Hire professionals to paint the apartment
Don’t keep the deposit of the tenants
Change the doorknobs
Change the sink
Have refrigerator, kitchen oven in better conditions
Cheap sometimes is more expensive
Let the tenemos regulate the steam, so they don’t suffocate
Tell them about previous tenants that lived there
