Location is central to main bus lines, close to shopping centers. It is also on a very busy intersection - take that however you'd like (could be a pro or a con). Laundry onsite (basement).
There were roaches and the landlord got an exterminator for it. Also, one of the neighbors were extremely standoff-ish.
