Good location but poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near bus stop, buses go to main street train station. Near post office, queens library, 2 blocks away from Flushing BCD.
Cons:
Cockroach infested building, package being stolen, staircase never cleaned, indifferent/passive aggressive/slow responses from any department of the building management.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants, hire qualified people

Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bedroom was really big. I’m not sure for other apartments but that was a great surprise.
Cons:
Pests were crazy. We had to call an exterminator every two weeks and we kept our apartment spotless. The neighbors were loud. There was always a smell in the building. Packages were often stolen. The heat was way too high, often resulting in nosebleeds. Management took months to get back to you about issues with appliances or keys. The super was loud and rude.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants in a timely manner when they have complaints about important matters such as the dishwasher not working or the range being broken.
