Landlord company does nothing for complaints

Pros:
Nearby to main street
Cons:
Pest control is bad There’s many incidents of neighbors disturbing others with noise level and landlord doesn’t do anything after many emails
Advice to owner:
If we are complaining over many times and calling police because the company isn’t doing anything. Pls expect a lawsuit and report.

Convenient location for bus, train and the airport. Good food choices around
Cons:
Roaches everywhere with exterminators coming once in a blue moon, notice for exterminators is put up the night before around 11pm so no one can sign up. Builsing super could care less even after the exterminator told him there is an infestation in the apartment, he went to home depot and bought some spray cans, obviously it did not work. Water has been smelling snd tasting like bleach for over a month now, super says its normal
