First NY Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a large space and the appliances are relatively new. My particular unit is a bit older (the flooring was clearly not updated). Live-in super is around but kind of helpless, pet friendly.
Cons:
This apt building did not have working gas for the first four months I lived here.
