Great neighborhood, terrible landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near good Schools and food
Cons:
Violations being ignored, harassment from management, roach infestation, unfair evictions
Advice to owner:
Treat the people that pay you with respect

First NY Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a large space and the appliances are relatively new. My particular unit is a bit older (the flooring was clearly not updated). Live-in super is around but kind of helpless, pet friendly.
Cons:
This apt building did not have working gas for the first four months I lived here.
Advice to owner:
Get your shit together
