Nice management, pretty building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, clean unit, unique charm. Not too much noise. Spacious.
Cons:
Dogs sometimes pee going down the stairs. Lots of dog poop right out on front sidewalk. No laundry. Buzzer intercom system broken.
Advice to owner:
Clean floors more often. Enforce dog poop pickup responsibilities
