Worse experience ever

Pros:
The apartment layout was great, comfortable and cozy.
Cons:
I was harrssed constantly from the downstairs neighbor. The building has had problems with him before and they never did anything about it. Tenants keep leaving the apartment I rented due to this and they neglected to disclose any information about this situation prior to having me Sign any lease. Eventually the neighbor escalated to stalking and following me. Once I told the property owners they did absolutely nothing to ensure the safety of their tenant.
Advice to owner:
You need to care more about the people that pay and live in your building. They have an operator answer the phones and tell you they will call you back. They tell you to send an email and never acknowledge it. There is no way what so ever to get in contact with these people
