DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
The price of the rent, that's the only redeeming quality of it. Also some of the tenants are nice people.
Cons:
They say the apartment is treated for pest. Yet every next since I have moved in, I see roaches coming out. The issue is in my living room, bathroom & entryway. The Super barely knows what the hell he's doing and tends to downplay any concerns you have. The outside of the building always has some tenants and their friends drinking, playing music, yelling at each other & disrespecting women walking by. My fiancée doesn't feel safe coming here after 5 our leaving the apartment at night. The entrance and lobby look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The floors are dirty, smells like piss by the entrance and nobody cleans it. I've had to spend over $100 in caulk to seal nearly every hole found in the every room of this apartment.
Advice to owner:
Do better by the people that live here. You may only see them as a means to get money but they are people nevertheless.
