Pros:
good water pressure, won’t freeze to death in the winter, laundry in building
Cons:
office will not respond to any communication superintendent is extremely unfriendly and is always disgruntled to do any maintenance in unit and everything breaks again anyways after he fixes it roach and mouse infestation not soundproof at all
