Quiet building close to transportation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood, transportation nearby , bus train and LIRR
Cons:
No video intercom
Pest ( roaches are everywhere need to stay on top of it ) no mobile pay app ( to pay the rent ) have to mail it out
