Better than being homeless

Pros:
Safe neighborhood, very good location, trash management is good, super is accessible, good laundry room
Cons:
Totally roach infested and they don't do enough. They'll send an exterminator to your apartment if you sign up but this place needs to be totally bug bombed from the basement.
Advice to owner:
Invest in fumigating the whole building
