flying roaches

affordable. that's abt it? But not worth the money
Cons:
dirty, dark, full of large flying roaches. outlets & light switches painted over. plaster covering the entire bathroom. did I mention flying roaches? constantly.. retched smells
Advice to owner:
gut the entire building
