Bad landlord

Pros:
A lot garbage , they don’t repair , and if it’s any repair tenants have to paid for it
Roaches , garbage all the time by the trash cans
Cons:
Everything it’s so bad .
Advice to owner:
Please repair and don’t charge the tenants for the repairs it’s your job to fixed and don’t charge for ac in the windows
