Love it, but some things can be fixed

Pros:
Super is pretty good
Great facilities
Very homely
Quiet and clean building
Family building
Great location
Cons:
Roaches are ridiculous in some apartments
Very stingy with the heat in winter
Management is pretty terrible - they look for excuses to charge you
