Buyer beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent,other than that............
Cons:
The board president doesn’t have a clue, hires a mgnt company to to run the building, but won’t let them do there job!Has no clue what it takes to run maintain a building, lets vendors squeeze him for money consistently,is not proactive in any aspect to building care, always waits until he has no choice until he addresses any issues with critical care within the building. Think twice before even considering moving into this building.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the board president and this building will floury
