Useless Caretaker of the building

Pros:
The management of the building is very understanding..Great neighborhood safe
Cons:
Where should I begin!? The caretaker used to put the garbage right next to my window (inside the fence of the building)when I confront him he said it’s only recycling garbage( seriously!!)....Roaches and bedbugs all over the building very nasty not clean at all.the building has the CCTV camera but when we ask it’s not working!! Barely any heat during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Please Change the caretaker of the building!!!

Building is clean... They fix things fast.

Pros:
Close to the bus stop, schools and parks are near by. Railroad station is a block aeay.
Cons:
Some neighbors can be a bit of a troublemakers..
Advice to owner:
Fix the front door and buzzers.
