Quiet building where everyone keeps to themselves
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to everything in downtown flushing. Apartment faces the inner courtyard and not the street so all street noise was completely blocked out.
Cons:
Heat was almost non-existent. Had to get a separate portable heater for each room during the winter. There was an old lady on the 4th floor who had roaches scurry out of her front door whenever she opened it.
