4220 Kissena Blvd
Former Tenant
Pros:
Conveniently located near Main Street Washer/dryers in basement Large space for the price of apartment
Cons:
Proximity to Kissena Boulevard ; it is incredibly LOUD with the buses and airplanes flying overhead at all times Building has extermination but you may need to get it done frequently
Advice to owner:
Cleaner basement, better extermination
