Old Building With only a few issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pest control is done often, building is kept decently clean.
Cons:
Issues with building management, but superintendent is nice and friendly. Despite having elderly neighbors, there are some loud neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Put up a tip box for complaints.
